Rick Horne
I’m a proud U.S. Army veteran who has walked many paths in life—soldier, musician, counselor, husband, father, and minister. Each chapter has shaped who I am today and deepened my passion for helping others find hope and healing.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Christian Counseling, and I’m currently serving as a substance use intern. My journey has taken me from the field artillery of the 7th Infantry Division to the mission field of the heart—counseling, ministering, and sharing the Gospel with those who need it most.
For over two decades, I’ve been an active member of Agape Faith Church, serving faithfully in the Creative Arts Ministry as a bassist, and supporting outreach, evangelism, and our Israel course. I’ve also served as a congressional liaison for Christians United for Israel (CUFI), bridging faith and advocacy.
But my greatest joy comes from family—my wife of 24 years, our four children, and five beautiful grandchildren. In my free time, I love creating music, painting, and sketching—always finding ways to express the message of God's grace.
Above all, my heart burns with a desire to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom of God and reach as many souls as I can with the hope that transformed my own life.
