Dr. Tara J. Snow
Dr. Tara J. Snow is the owner and founder of myTarapy, LLC, a faith-based private practice committed to meeting clients where they are with compassion, transparency, and clinically sound care. She carries a passionate desire to share hope with everyone she meets, believing with her whole heart that the world needs to know this unshakable truth: God loves you.
Married since 2009 and a proud mother of three wonderful children, Dr. Tara brings a warm, authentic, and Spirit-led approach to every encounter. She is deeply committed to walking alongside those navigating trauma, addiction, and grief with both professional excellence and spiritual sensitivity.

She is also the creator of H.O.P.E. – Hold On, Pain Ends, a grief and loss support group she personally designed to serve those experiencing deep emotional pain and loss.
